After posting the original version of ConvertExtensions I decided to update it with a valuable enhancement; you can now choose an individual extension to convert.   So have a look at version 2.0 that allows you to specify the name of the extension to convert.  Please note that the name of the extension is case sensitive.  Here is an example:
