This web page is designed to allow an administrator to identify the actual server name that is rendering the web page.
This is useful when the webserver is behind a load balancing solution such as Windows Network Load Balance and you
are not able to see exactly which server is responding to your web requests.
It is also displays the authenticated user (or anonymous) and any client certificate information if provided
by the client during the connection request.
