Security, Technology

While looking for some more information about Microsoft’s Geneva upcoming product I stumbled across a link to the RSA Conference 2009 Webcasts.  After watching Scott Charney’s presentation (it was excellent by the way) I watched some of the other presentations.  Definitely worth watching if you have any interest in security…  There is even an interesting session with the hosts of MythBusters that I found entertaining.

Here are the video sessions I watched and found worth the time (Your mileage may vary):

  • Opening Ceremony (the first three minutes)
  • Scott Charney – Moving towards ‘End to End Trust’: A Collaborative Effort
  • Panel Discussion – The Cryptographers Panel (Diffie, Hellman, Rivest, Shamir, Schneier)
  • James Bamford – Deciphering the Challenges Confronting NSA
  • Lieutenant General Keith B. Alender – NSA & CSS
  • Jamie Hyneman & Adam Savage – Hosts of MythBusters

A couple of interesting things came out of my time watching these sessions:

If I missed something that you think warrants more investment then please feel free to share!
