Microsoft has been so kind as to publish a bunch of short videos that explain how to perform many ASP.NET related tasks. I watched a few and found them to be extremely helpful. Here is a sample list of topics that might interest you:

- How Do I: Implement Health Monitoring for an ASP.NET Application?
- How Do I: Use the ASP.NET AJAX RoundedCorners Extender?
As you can see there is a wealth of knowledge just waiting to be explored. I noticed that almost none of the videos last longer than 30 minutes and some are only 5-15 minutes.
