Okay the strangest thing happened this evening. No, not that I actually went into a McDonalds (I really dislike their predatory practices towards kids), but that this particular McDonalds is called a Bistro Gourmet McDonalds. I ordered the Pastrami sandwich which they should be calling it the Pastrami Rubin (it included sauerkraut and mustard). Turns out the food was pretty good. Too bad there is only one in San Diego, and it's not that close to my house.
